New Agricultural Technology Center to Open in Tagudin

The Department of Agriculture has announced plans to establish a state-of-the-art Agricultural Technology Center in Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, aimed at boosting agricultural productivity and sustainability in the region.

The new Agricultural Technology Center will be constructed on a 5-hectare plot of land donated by the local government of Tagudin. With a budget of ₱50 million, the center is expected to be completed by the end of 2025 and will serve as a hub for agricultural innovation, research, and training for farmers in Ilocos Sur and neighboring provinces.
